I feel like a reduction of the DWT/FBT cooldowns would serve better for the overall flow of things, maybe down to 45s. As it stands, we're hard-casting DOTs a lot more than we were in StB, and that along with Ruin II's much lower potency, as well as Bahamut no longer using Wyrmwave for each of your actions but instead only on GCD actions, are all big factors in the loss of mobility and flexibility with the job. Even just the lower frequency of Trances on its own does a lot to slow us down. Does having more time with Bahamut and Phoenix reduce the amount of time with the Egis? Yes, and I think that's fine. DWT is their time, and should be the time when you can weave Egi Assaults to prep Ruin IV procs for the upcoming Bahamut phase. By the time you come out of Bahamut, FBT would then be a few seconds from coming off of cooldown and ready to use shortly. This will also make the necessity to hard-cast your DOTs a rare occurrence, a fallback if something goes wonky. Along with some slight potency adjustments, I think having a steady flow of DWT>Bahamut>FBT>repeat without all the awkward downtime will make things much less clunky and more enjoyable overall.
