I hope NG+ lets us start from a specific expansion. Nothing will make me do ARR 2.0 quests again. I refuse.

I'm pretty sure they said this is how it works, the NG+ has you choose a specific xpac and you have to start from the start of it to its end. So you don't have to do ARR NG+ for SHB NG+.
