    I very much agree with this. In my opinion, it does make sense to use male elezen as a base for male viera, and I think if male viera are added, this will most likely be the base the devs use. Of course, the proportions will be modified, just like it was with female viera.

    Looks like a modified elezen base to me.
    I'm sure most of the races started with a hyur base at first, but then were modified. Now they are no longer hyur models.

    It's clear, at least to me, that female viera look quite similar to female elezen, but with adjusted proportions. I believe male viera will also look similar to male elezen, but with adjusted proportions. It's not unreasonable to assume they would use an elezen base and modify that.
