It sounded like they were planning on doing either one of the first 2 sometime since they said mages would be getting more spells eventually. As far as Jobs go I think we will lose some cross-class slots and the job skills will take their place.

i was already thinking of making this post before. finding out that they were adding spells is what prompted me to finally make this thread because im curious to what direction they are gonna go with actions.

i think they mentioned making the action bar longer before. also they mentioned being able to set marcos to the action bar(not just the macro bar)im not sure if these ideas ever manifested past the thought process though.
