    will combos stand the test of time?

    The one game design flaw that stands out most to me with combos is the amount of slots it takes up on your action bar. One combo is generally = to one WS pre combos. That being said we now need 8 ws to = what would have been 3 before. Now we have to add jobs to that. More slots on the bar taken up. Unless jobs mean you cant cross class anymore our entire action bar will be filled on 1.21. Now that the action bar is filled we cant have a lvl cap increase without sacrificing cross class skills or adding more action bars.

    Im just hoping that SE has fully planned for this since it is obviously gonna be a problem.

    solutions:

    add more action bars
    allow removal of class actions(combos are dependent on position so you'd have to choose wisely, not to mention recast timers may really limit you)
    eliminate cross class actions on jobs(not that i want this but i could see SE doing it)


    my vote would be to extend the action bar or add a fixed bar for cross class ability's.

    edit:added info: onthe 2.0 screen shot there is an action bar with a slightly smaller action bar over it. Im not sure what this means, but i wanted to check to see if the action bar was still just 10 slots wide.
