Finishes are AoE and you have no control over this, but yet they give a large damage increase and they deal a lot of damage themselves.

EDIT: Either that, or give us a stance-like buff, maybe something like "Private Performance" or something that makes Finishes only deal damage to your currently targeted enemy (if there is one).
While I can understand the annoyance, that solution isn't needed when situational awareness is enough. Plus, that "solution" wouldn't work. If finishes only hit targets we already have threat on, then starting a fight off with standard finish would always miss, but that's the best way to start a fight.
