Hoping for a slight Abyssal Drain CD reduction.

For something that cost 1/3 of your mana pool and having a 90s cd, its pretty awful. When you do use it, its pretty nice, but are the returns anywhere near the LIFEsustain of old AD?

It's 60sec and doesn't require MP.
