1) Then why do you need BLM to also have self-heals?
2) So you want to balance jobs around Eureka now? :facepalm: (which has Logos actions BTW, and was never designed to be solo friendly). Special instanced content includes NPC / passive heals (if needed).
3) Good for them. Maybe you should consider playing SMN.
4) Yes, Melee have slightly higher HP pools, and better physical defence, though worse magical defence, they also tend to get hit more. Maybe you should consider playing Melee, I hear DRG is in a pretty good spot right now.

You can already tell this is gonna be a productive discussion.

All I'm saying is, every job should have an option to self-sustain while leveling or soloing, even BLM. And as luck would have it, most jobs already do, BLM being a major exception.
