Would be nice if we got an update on when to expect some. I know they said they were coming and I would hope purchased/special hairstyles would get priority.

It would lend so much more diversity to the race given the racial styles are pretty but we simply don't have enough variety atm.

Yeah, personally I only like 2 hairstyles: The ponytail and the twintails ><;;;
I would love to see Form and Function hairstyle or Lightning hairstyle

Wow, that actually proves SE right.

The braid is going through the ears and that bang is clipping, it looks wrong.
Kinda confirms that yup, some hair styles wouldn't work well with Viera or would have to be heavy redesigns.

Obviously that's true with the size and position of the ears compared to Miqo'te. However, they would just be reworking hairs like this to fit the viera head, they are apparently intent on making new viera hair to fill these slots. Maybe, they mean the same hair, but heavily retrofitted to the viera head, so it becomes unique to viera, rather than a complete new hairstyle?

I suspect we'll find out with 5.1. I would think that nothing new wouldn't be good and lots would be unhappy. Lets hope they have quite a few new things for us. I love the race but a bit more variety in looks would be a good thing for sure.

Yeah, I want to go back to my viera, but they need WAY more hair options than before (in particular the ones you pay for or earn). If I can't have headgear, I at least want some hair. Even if it's hair I don't like, at least it will differentiate my viera from other players who use those hairs. More variety for sure is a good thing.

None. Viera didn't get the most recent hair either. As far as I know they didn't talk about it in the live letter, I don't speak Japanese.

I am expecting it to look like this honestly (and I don't mind it) if SE themselves implement it. Based on where the ears are it was obvious the braid was going to get cut into it.
