    glad to se there are 8 other people out there who would like SE to apply the same magical technology that illuminates combos to actions that require a block/evade/parry first. I really think al we need is one more person and im sure SE will hook us up, up.

    Seriously though, people having been asking fof this since release, then they come out with combos and light them up when they're rdy. It feels like kinda a slap in the face for them to have just skipped by what people have been asking for for so long.

    You want block, parry and evading combos to be more clear when they can be activated? You got it! We can't give you a date just yet, but the dev. team will be working on making this happen for you guys.

    i really like something like that, maybe lighting up the skill with a different color so u dont get confused in the middle of a combo and of course be separate thing from the combo line, so if it lights up in the middle of the combo you dont loose your chance to continue your combo. i hit randomly those skills in lots of fights where u need to focus on several skills in order to survive.

    I dont think that is too difficult to make now that we have same system for combos.

    really shoulda been this way to begin we shouldnt have had to ask for it its far too daunting too read the battle text and sometimes impossible to visibly see ourselves blocking/parrying/evading. even a BLOCK PARRY or EVADE text thats large our glowing popping above your characters head would work wonders.

    Yay! Now maybe we can tell when we block, parry, evade when ability animation poops up without watching the log! Im adding a star for this Yoshi. Keep tacking on stars devs. Make fxiv what it should be, better then Xi was!
    I for one am gona stick around threw 1.20. It was a hard choice. Im not impressed by the Ifrit battle, I find the mechanics weak. So unimpressed I havnt even tryed moogle. Though i here its a much better fight. Couple together with the fact that many of the people i played with on a daily basis are no where to be found. >.<
    Combo on the other hand, great addition. Some of the specifics for certain ones suck. I tell you woulda been great if this had been in for beta so mechanics could have been tweaked with more player feedback. And now the future added effects of block, parry, evade having a similer light up when triggered. NOM NOM NOM! more cake plz, Please give them there own colors!
    Combos are fantastic but i hope its not the only replacement for BR. Combos plus some sort of skill chains is what im hoping for.
