I'll also put down an optimistic yes.

I'll have to see how it goes in EX dungeons and above, but I like the generic feel of the changes.

Only things I would complain about are:

• long cooldowns on AB and Salted Earth
  
• on better gear it might be hard to break the shield to get the lost dps back
  
• a very slightly higher mana generation. Having a natural Edge/Flood every 20 seconds is a bit too little. Shaving off 2-3 seconds off that migt alleviate some of the downtime when you are on cooldown.
