Welp, credit where credit is due. The limiter doesn't seem to impact my setup negatively. No stutters, no input lag, nothing. Still would be better to play at 144 but atleast this change didn't make the game unplayable for me.

This is true. Which is why I'm not more upset than this.

It's more the principle of the matter that upsets me.
