when people in his group cant even do basic mechanics and job rotation, he has any right to be upset. Its a group content, they should pull their weight, take the constructive feedback, improve themselves instead of throwing "you dont pay my sub".

Sure, when you can hold them to objective standards, then you can call them out for not pulling their weight.
