Only if it's as NPCs and not as potential playable races. If the latter, then it just causes story issues to arise (why and how did someone from the First come to the Source before all this travel stuff became common knowledge to the players character?).That's actually a good...plot hole - for lack of a better word. "mViera" and "fHrothgar" might be rare, but mVii and fRonso may not. Maybe they'd be able to jump to the source somehow as new allies, just like Ukelele* did.
*I call him Ukelele because I can't ever remember his name, the white robed kid that unlocks the warring triad quests.
