The furniture that requires dungeon-drops is also always connected to the dungeon in question and by far nothing thats used in every day crafting. Considering that those drops only occur in ARR-dungeons, you dont even need a group, you can unsynch and solo them.

And, the notes for Undersized Party (Solo) says there will be no drops, but I just tried one, and the chests are still available, so I guess if the item comes from one of them, it's obtainable without a group.
