Housing relocation needs a timer

Housing relocation ends up being another way that people can RMT and house sell. Please just put the same forced timer on it that new buyers have. New players and buyers are never going to get new houses at this rate

You do realize that when someone relocates they free up a plot somewhere else right? With the addition of a new housing area or the addition of new/additional wards there is the possibility they'll adjust the current relocation/purchasing rules. We'll have to wait and see.
