New housing sector - will fc have priority?

I think there should be wards exclusive for FC houses, something like the downtown of housing districts.

Think they should add new type plot that is just for FC housing. They could add 50 wards and 200 plots per ward that should be way enough plots for everyone.

I'd rather not have that happen. There's already people that abuse the system on my world.

True, I forgot about that person. The reason I brought it up was also because of abuse, because last time they did an FC only housing drop a lot of people got around it by moving housing plots and just causing general chaos for a week.

They damn well better give Free Companies priority... This isn't like 4.2 either, this is an entirely new server, nobody can have a Rank 6 Free Company on that server yet to even buy a plot, nobody can relocate estate from their current server to the new one... If Free Companies don't have priority then Free Companies simply wont get plots on the new servers; While Free Companies are moving and forming up, and grinding out points for Rank 6, all the plots will be purchased by individuals...

I think they are referring to Ishgard, after it is rebuilt and we are able to live there.

Considering people buy and sell FCs in this game, to get around the problem that you cannot buy and sell houses directly, I am not so sure about giving FCs priority. All that will happen, is that people would make FCs so they can get the property and then sell them at an inflated price to people.

Sure, this is against the rules, but how many people would report if it meant they would get a chance at a house?
There's already plenty of FCs that only have 1 person in them, and they have a FC house all to themselves.
