New housing sector - will fc have priority?

I'm not upset at all. The reason i stopped responding to you in the other thread is because i didn't realize i was talking to YOU at first. And really no guilt? All those houses that you own are going to waste. You don't truly need them, you just want them because of greed. No person has need for 20+ houses. All those houses that you own could have been owned by many players, but you took them for yourself. There is no one else in that FC besides you and your alts.

Why would I feel any guilt when I'm actively using these houses? Do you think players who only enter their house when they start receiving emails feel any guilt? What about those players who let that timer run out instead of relinquishing their estate? We've got the equivalent of a ward and it's subdivision in limbo every single day because of the very generous demolition timer. There are more important problems than my FC owning .6% of the houses on the server.

Regardless, who are you to tell me what I need and don't need? Housing is my endgame because it's the only thing left I haven't done in this game. Your argument regarding how other players could benefit from these houses doesn't really work when we have more personal estates than free company owned houses. If you want to complain about how some of our houses are owned by less than 4 people, you might as well start complaining about how personal housing is actively preventing a whole lot of people from having access to any sort of housing.

This right here just proves my point. You can go ahead and keep believing what you want to believe, it doesn't make it right or justify your actions.

And really, doing more for the server? How more deluded can you possibly be? How does hoarding houses benefit the server? Maybe if you relinquished 20 of those houses then maybe you would ACTUALLY be doing some good for Gilgamesh.

Indeed, handing out hundreds of millions to random sprouts cannot be compared to this person contribution since they've made no signification contribution to begin with. Gil becomes meaningless when you're capped and you're not getting to that point by complaining about others on a video game forum.

If Squeenix really didn't care about people selling houses for inflated prices, then why the hell would Yoshida himself make a statement on it?

And be careful, you might find some reports coming your way, especially since you have admitted to paying people 30x the housing price for them to relocate their housing plot, right here on the forums.

Sorry but Yoshida isn't Square Enix and there has never been any official statement made on the lodestone or ingame. Yoshida has said many things that never came to be, you should know that.

I already get hateful messages and players telling me how they report me everyday. Guess what, my service accounts are intact and I've never had to talk to any game moderator about any of this. As stated, GMs don't care about 1 on 1 transactions, unless someone gets scammed. Frauding another player is against the game rules, trading houses isn't and has never been.

Side note. It's funny how some of you are complaining about how players are running shell FCs, but it's perfectly fine for single players to own the majority of houses. If Square Enix didn't lower the housing prices by 5x, there would be housing for everyone
