Male Viera as a playable character! show your support

I was so thankful I could give my mer in ESO muscle. Soft looking face, yet maximum muscle was great. You could look handsome as well as muscular without looking like a massive chunk of meat. Come to think of it, I love Altmer proportions. Fallout 4 had the same thing.

If I could have my MViera look like my fallout characters, I'd be swooning.

Yeah, I think the elf aesthetic is a good idea. Something like Imlerith from Witcher 3 would be amazing, in my opinion!

You have excellent taste! The Witcher 3 is one of my favourite games. I think those aesthetics would be quite popular, or at least something inspired by Geralt of Rivia. After all, he showed up in Monster Hunter World and Soul Calibur 6 which are both Japanese games. I think a lot of Japanese players appreciate strong, handsome looking men as a base design choice.

Or my skyrim character for that matter. Hmm, might try to see if I can make a good MViera in Skyrim - bound to be some mods I can use.

But your signature hands down, for me personally, is the best way to implement them. They'd make a gorgeous counterpart to the female vieras. (similar old looking, handsome level 1000 and and and..)

Literally the only thing I want them to add to the game is Lauront's signature as a playable char. Gimme that, and I'm officially satisfied for the next 2/4/6 years

Makes sense with the mature look as well I imagine. Viera are one of the most long-lived races. Their maturity is in their actions/personalities and mannerisms. A young looking Viera male could easily be two hundred years old. Fran is around 200 years or so if I remember correctly. So a male Viera those who survive and lived the life of their 'people' - would have lived centuries in a harsh environment.

More so, considering the lore and what not... we know that the Viera have their own tribe/village that is separate from other hubs. That means it needs its own protection/militia. Considering the sin eats are constantly attacking and the likes it's amazing that the village hasn't been completely swamped. And come to think of it does make some slither of sense why the males aren't around. They're hunting down sin eaters and protecting the village. I think that's extremely impressive if the males and of course some females are able to fight back the horde.

I'd hardly call forests tame. Maybe the ones we're used to now, but they also have their own natural predators... not to mention that those in the northern climes tend to become very inhospitable during the cold months. They're not a forgiving environment, and probably a good deal worse than warmer climes in the winter, without modern conveniences and the comfort of a car to retreat to. The main difference is that they lack the warmth which insects and various reptiles and diseases require to proliferate.

Besides, you do get jungle elves, and many others besides. Let's not forget that WoW's Night Elves, who have similar proportions to Au Ra, if not larger, are forest elves.

Comparing the offering of predators and dangers a jungle offers to what forests offers is like night and day. In the winter the elves just hide in their caves/wooden homes and live in peace. Sure they'd have to have archer lookouts and bear traps but that's hardly comparable to snakes, spiders, big cats, insects, wild birds, piranhas, bats, crocodiles.

Have...you seen what sort of monstrosities exist in this setting, even in 'normal' environments?
