    I have been playing PUG lately and been seeing some big problems with it. I played as THF on ffxi and PUG is THF/MNK/RDM in one. I think i have found some ways to balance pugs to have more even match which the game of ffxiv.

    Pugs need more types of Elemental Fists. Right now only Fire and Stone are covered.
    Also another problem is these cost MP to use. PUG needs a Ability that gains himself MP.

    PUG needs the following

    -Evasion Up Ability
    -Job Trait which lets him gain MP "Auto Refresh"
    -Bonus Damage when Attacking Enemies from behind
    -More Damage from Elemental Fists
    -Monsters need to be more weaker by Fists and there Weakness to that Elemental
    -Job Trait that boosts there Evasion When they have max hate. (Will make Taunt more useful)
    - Using Taunt Boosts your Dex/Crit Attack damage.
    - Can use Second Wind as a 3rd Combo in a Weapon Skill without TP cost.
    - Needs to more Enemies weaker to Blunt based Damage
    - A Ability which can be either learned from another class or PUG which gives big chunk of MP to the player with a recast time of like 10-20mins.
    - A None WS Ability to Stun the enemy for 3-5secs at a time which can only be reuse every 3mins.
    - Increase the Amount of HP healed by 3rd Combo Second Wind.

    This would make it a good Evasion Tank and a Decent Self-Healer when its doing 3 combo setup for free Second Winds. It would make use of the ability Taunt more useful also. Also even when its not a tank it would have increased auto-attack behind the enemy. It would be more of a elemental fighter choosing its Elements more wisely for every type of Monster.
