From Square Store, When does our Preorder actually get charged for Shadowbringers...?

So in my own stupidity while going to check my account on my new computer it decided that I would need to recover my account info if I wanted to see any of my past orders. I tried to do so but it didn't work so I decided to click no one it thinking it was just acting up and would have my current orders from after when they had to do that a couple years ago when they were migrating servers or whatever. I was wrong and now none of my orders are there.

I did get the email about the pre-order and the dates when it will attempt to get my payment, but now I don't know if it even can. Haven't gotten an email saying it can't either so I don't know whether I'll have to redo the pre-order or not.

Neither of our orders say Debit Now.

Neither of us received any e-mail in regards to a receipt or when we will be charged BUT we did get the e-mails where we unlocked the game witht he keys with no issue.

EDIT: Is the issue with though who bought the pre-order earlyier int he year? My hubby and I got ours this month.

If you don't have the option to pay it now aka Debit Now, then you already paid it.

I got charged for it on the 7th, so I'm going to assume they're starting to pull it out of people's accounts right about now.

Pretty sure I got charged the day I pre-ordered it. BUT I play through steam so that's probably why. ETA: I also now see the "from square store" part in the title. I'm of no help lol sorry!

The activation code is available on 7/2/19. Right now you can add the early access code and play it on 6/28/19, once the release date hits they will send you the activation code for ShB so you can keep playing after early access ends.

Edit: If you are talking about your early access code, go to https://store.na.square-enix-games.com/en_US/login, click Orders, and go to the bottom FINAL FANTASY XIV: SHADOWBRINGERS™ PRE-ORDER BONUS, unlock Key.

If you did the same mistake as me, you might have gone into the NA version of the store ( if you are EU and other way around if NA )
