I feel like there are far too many healers who stand around idly while the rest of the party does all the work.

They come into parties like they are gods, blow up forums.media like the game is made just for them, and treat people poorly because they are a small niche group that is crucial to the game. Thank lalafell that yoshi and team realized this, made changes, and we're getting a new batch of non toxic healers that just wanna play the game and not try to be a spoiled deity in the game.
