I'd like to see this implemented, only after 2.0 though. It will be when the world will be fully developed and we will be able to create our stories with as much story tracks as possible.

Yeah, by affecting character growth I meant for the character getting EXP killing enemies, but that shouldn't be a problem if the monsters give a not that much influencing EXP. Coolness points could be used to unlock more NPCs and quest items to build the story, or you can just be greedy and keep those to have a little something that helps your adventuring.
