The Healer Double Standard

If you would like a more prime example the tank barely had 360 item level. We are running expert dungeons. The tank pulled mobs all the way to the boss did not use a single cool down. But it's okay go ahead and call me names tell me I'm a bad healer.

So we healers should have our job screwed because some tanks are unbearable bad at doing their job? You know that you can talk with them right? Tell them "Please use your cooldowns" and vote kick if they blame you. What youre saying is like saying that tank jobs should only have one aggro aoe attack because some dps dont know that diversion exist, just make the game less appealing for players who have already invested in their job because some other players are terribe at theirs, In which world that is even remotely fair?

And lets not talk about the fact of changing three jobs because some very specific scenarios which are not the ordinary.
