    CCWC does make a fantastic kamacite farmer though.

    CCWC only has 130 surveillance which is not enough for the otter, but does cover the ore requirement. I believe it was 145 surveillance minimum for the otter.

    AuricSeagard's quote shows a fit that's CWCC. This is different from the CCWC that you're talking about. The first has 175 Surveillance and works for endgame farming. The second has 130 Surveillance and works only for Kamacite farming (and is a common shiptype people use while working to acquire materials for Syldra components).
