I sent my sub to get dss7 and got on first try XD now searching for ottersI just went like two weeks without discovering a zone only to discover Deep-Site 6 and The Wreckage of the Headway in the same run using CCWC and had the WUUW sub come back a few hours later having discovered the Rimilala Shelf and the Glittersand Basin. The same CCWC sub has discovered everything else except the remaining level 50 sites and Concealed Bay (which was being stubborn, so I moved on). Your CWSC build has more surveillance than either of mine, so there shouldn't be anything stopping you from discovering it.

Can pretty much confirm CCWC doesnt work, despite it "should" being able to work using stats people posted earlier in the thread. Swapping back to CCYC helped.
CCWC does make a fantastic kamacite farmer though.

CCWC only has 130 surveillance which is not enough for the otter, but does cover the ore requirement. I believe it was 145 surveillance minimum for the otter.
AuricSeagard's quote shows a fit that's CWCC. This is different from the CCWC that you're talking about. The first has 175 Surveillance and works for endgame farming. The second has 130 Surveillance and works only for Kamacite farming (and is a common shiptype people use while working to acquire materials for Syldra components).

For what it's worth, I discovered all of the last 6 zones using my sub with all shark parts. It didn't take more than 4 trips for any of them.
It's pure rng.

I dont see it anywhere but has anyone made a table for all rare items or whatever items for their requirements to be able get them? I want to get Otter, kamacite etc etc so was hoping to see some information based on what i need to build to get such items. this thread is so long so was hoping it might be somewhere XD
Not lazy i swear
Does anyone know what the minimum surveillance is for getting the Salvaged Coinage from the Wreck of the Headway site? I've been sending four subs with 150 surveillance and 105 Favor just to that one spot over and over for about a month now and not seen a single one. In the same amount of time I saw 2 Abroader Otters before I started focusing solely on getting that coin, which I need two of to even make the bag of booty! There were two coins on the MB before the world transfer BS wiped every coin off of every market on the datacenter, and now I couldn't buy the coins even if I wanted to pay 100mil for each one. Add to the fact that the TOTAL amount of coins ever sold on the entire data center was only 10, most of which came from balmung, and I am looking at never completing my alchemy crafting log.
So yeah, what's up with the Salvaged Coinage? Anyone got one at 150? I have one sub at 155 surveillance, and it has never brought one back either.
What kind of materia returns are people seeing from "Sector 28 (AB)The Rimilala Trench Bottom" in terms of stack size and amounts?
If it's only like 2 per mission, it's really not worth it.
Can anyone point me to what minimum surveillance i need for submarine build? Is there just a minimum cap you need to meet (level 50)? Im ready to build, i have all shark components still, i am using a calculator but havent been able to find an absolute number. Thanks!
155 Surveillance seems to be the number to aim for now. Try making CUSyC builds for your ships. If you need to farm Kamacite for that fit, run CUWC.Can anyone point me to what minimum surveillance i need for submarine build? Is there just a minimum cap you need to meet (level 50)? Im ready to build, i have all shark components still, i am using a calculator but havent been able to find an absolute number. Thanks!
