SCH in 5.0 via MrHappy's Healer Video

Is there any particular thing that tells you that 5.0 will be more demanding for healing?

IIRC this was outright stated by SE, though I can't remember where. They said the same thing before HW and SB released as well. I think they're just going through the motions at this point, lol.
