Maybe it would go well with a possible fur option. I wouldn't mind not choosing ears personally, since only 1 of them is gonna be used in fem viera by 99% of ppl

Would you prefer floppy ears or fur/tail option?

I’d prefer picking my ears, I’m not a fan of those floppy ears they look a bit weird to me. I rather be able to choose my ears and choose if I can have the fur patch. I also rather have a face like miqote since they have a big range of faces, highlander is a bit much lol and midlanders look a bit young. As long as it’s attractive and not over the top I’m okay with it.

Viera won’t have tails because they never did. If we got a tail it would just be the starter gear. Them having fur is a higher chance since almost every concept they shown had the fur patch, same for different ears. I definitely don’t want locked ears just to change a tail or fur type, that’s basically what they did to hrothgar so no thanks.

I said this once before, so I’ll post it again. They could avoid the entire debacle of refitting gear by using pre-existing bodies and just making new faces. Introduce one clan that uses the au ra body, and the other clan can use the miqo’te body. All they’d have to do is change the posture to differentiate them and all of the armors would already fit. AND it would eliminate the “how tall should they be” argument.

Regarding Bishonen, correct me if I'm wrong, but there's nothing that stipulates their physique has to be particularly slender? Hence why you have Sephiroth, with his rather delicate facial features but powerful body, or Zenos, again with a very powerful body but a "pretty" face.

Right, but do we want male Viera to be Garleans in disguise? That look is already taken by Garleans. Facially they should look like female Viera but with masculine faces, like this, strong jaw, strong nose


We keep going on circles about how they should look when the concept art already exists. They won't be twinks, they won't be short, or pretty boys like male Elezen, that's why we have male Elezen already; the typical bishounen elf males. You know Aymeric and Estinien? Why do we need that again?

I think that they will see what they can do for 6.0, and if they can't make a new model/can only make one, they'll likely just give us an old one for male viera and give them different heads, with headgear likely not showing at start, while they focus on making a new body for female hrotgar, who are more unique and probably need a different body type than what we currently have, and I'd be100% fine with that

I doubt that SE will leave the crotch so exposed, but other than that, and the fact that I'd like a loincloth, I wouldn't mind at all if male vieras end up looking like this

This will go on until male viera are released lol. Also, the devs might have to make an effort and get out of the comfort zone in their next 2 years, which shouldn't be a problem for mature adults
