Let's face it, it is SEs fault to a certain extent that they have classes that cannot be played properly due to ping. Anyone remember ARR Ninja? Mudras were an absolute nightmare, before they fixed it.
Your data center for ping should be JP. It is closer to you.

Yet you connected to NA, which is your problem. SEs got nothing to do with your decisions.
