    @sesera (and other house hunters), if there are multiple available houses in your server, why not just stay at one plot for 15 to 30 mins then warp to another and then back again where you 1st started to cover more ground. Anyways, its a random timer and you also have to consider those who are relocating. You can use aetherite tickets so you don't have to pay the warping fee.

    That is usually what I do except staying 30 minutes so I'll give it a try thank you for the tip
