I don't know where you are inferring that from the female and male placement on the character creator. It is literally in the exact same spot as everything else, just the other sex is not there.

I meant to say that, I wonder why would they leave a huge spot if male viera weren't planend for sometime in the future. I'd guess that the female icon would be just where the male icon is

Probably because they just typed in "Male" and left "Female" blank, and vice versa.

When exactly did I say it's a confirmation of male viera? I'm just saying it's a detail that could mean they have plans.

I think its likely they have placed things this way for two reasons:

1 - System limitation - they couldn't (or didn't have the appetite to) change it to display just the gender that is available.

2 - They could change it but as they haven't ruled out the addition of the other genders, didn't as if they do add the genders it would only cause more work.

For myself i think that its likely they just didn't change it because its an unnecessary change and would make the Viera an Hrothgar sections look odd - I also feel its pointless changing it if they then add the genders which i think is something they do want to do, at some point in the future - if they can.

I agree the fighting needs to stop, its petty and does nothing but stifle the conversation which would be useful for the case of adding the other genders (Both races)

I think you are right specially on 2 points. The first is that they probably want to do the missing genders (it seems matsuno himself is coming up with designs on Twitter) at some point in the future, most likely not until 6.0, and I think many ppl come here to post and intentionally cause fights to make us look bad. I suggest you ppl don't fight each other and instead try to bring ideas to the conversation

Hmm, looking at this I would say there's a big gap between highlander and midlander - perhaps they could fit in there? I'm not going below miqote because ew at such a huge difference when they would already be smaller between highlander and midlander. This wouldn't be counting their ears.

I think they could be between elezen and higlander, but that's truly a possibility. I think they'll be the same as female viera pretty much in terms of height
