you know it's funny that yoship has said it's incredibly time consuming to fit armors onto models. but modding has proved that all races except lalafell (due to their height) and aura (due to the scales on their bodies) use the same model, the midlander, for armor. it's trivial to fit the armor and especially considering the fact that viera will likely use the elezen proportions theyve got set up and hrothgar the roegadyn. i think that it's a bit of an exaggeration on his part

Ah yes, that's why many, many of the modded outfits are for one or two race only. Because mod makers themselves say that they won't be trying to fit this race or that due to different proportions. It's not as easy as some of you people think it is and I don't know why on earth you all think that it is. I'm pretty sure they're the professionals who know how things can and can't fit together.you know it's funny that yoship has said it's incredibly time consuming to fit armors onto models. but modding has proved that all races except lalafell (due to their height) and aura (due to the scales on their bodies) use the same model, the midlander, for armor. it's trivial to fit the armor and especially considering the fact that viera will likely use the elezen proportions theyve got set up and hrothgar the roegadyn. i think that it's a bit of an exaggeration on his part

You're right, its not an easy problem to solve. But that doesn't mean they shouldn't try. And I still believe that this problem could be solved with more money and people, regardless of what Yoshi-P said. But I don't blame him for that, I blame the higher ups in SE who keep funneling money from this game into other games. THAT is problematic and needs to stop. They need to be pouring more money into this game, not less.Ah yes, that's why many, many of the modded outfits are for one or two race only. Yoshida said more people and money wouldn't solve the issue. He said it was a QA and bugging issue. I wonder how QA and bugging works. Like what is the process behind it?

From my understanding of the letter from Yoshi, the QA issue sounds like a man power issue. There being too many armor models and emotes to test and so on. If they add more people to the QA and whatever else departments necessary, then problem solved. The problem they face is getting enough budget to fund just that. But they can't get that increased budget if SE keeps funneling money from the game. Hence why them doing so is bad for this game's future development, let alone possibly ever adding mViera.
This is also why I simply don't believe Yoshi when he says it's not a money or people issue, because logically, that is exactly what solves this. But if you say you don't believe Yoshi on this thread, people don't like that for some reason, heaven forbid you don't agree with everything he says.

Yoshi P literally said it isn't an issue that can be solved by more people or money. We don't know exactly what issues it is that they are facing but if he says that and you refuse to take it for what it is then I don't know what else to tell you. From my understanding of the letter from Yoshi, the QA issue sounds like a man power issue. And I'll be the first to admit that I'm just guessing here and reaching around in the dark, but so is literally everyone else about this issue. No one really has answers here, which is why we're discussing it in the first place.
As I said though, Yoshi may have said that, but I simply don't believe him, cause, in my opinion, it just doesn't make any kind of logical sense.

It's foolish to have 100% faith in someone without questioning the logic. Jake brought up a good point about hiring more people to which you dismissed. Yoshi has already lied several times and went back on his own word several times. Blindly agreeing with him won't solve anything and definitely won't do anything for ur arguments.
