    If you simplify jobs too much and make them all instantly rewarding, those who like things like optimization will get bored and quit. That’s not exactly win-win.

    I’m still of the mind that these “bad players” should actually put forth the effort. I disagree with bringing down the ceiling to meet them because they simply don’t want to try and get better. It’s catering to laziness and positive reinforcement of poor play.
