I dont care what it says. People have been reported and banned because of it. Roll youre eyes all you want.

Even though it seems to say selling for a high amount of gil is punishable offense. I know of people who have gotten banned for trying to sell homes at the original price. Keep searching. You will find it. It seems like half the devs "dont care" and "half do." I wouldn't risk it.

You can no longer flip houses unless you're selling to someone that doesn't understand the way the new timers work. The seller can in no way guarantee that the buyer will actually be able to purchase the plot the relinquish, since it won't be available for sale until a random timer finishes.

Even if you dont get banned. If theres a random timer on the demo.. \o/
