The problem is that if you have a 70 BLM syncing down to Sastasha with a level 18 BLM, in order for them to deal the same damage. the 70 BLM would deal peanuts with Fire I, and be required to use the full Enochian and Fire IV rotation in order to match the level 18s BLM Fire I spam.

How is that fair?
Lvl 18 BLM gets to AFK the entire dungeon, but you have to focus as hard as you would at level 70 to take down Captain Madison.

Or we can let them nuke Satasha because -who !@#%ing cares-
