i'd honestly just ignore them, they've dropped the facade of intellectual debate and just gone into full shitposting mode, dropping by every now and then to have a laugh or make strawmen posts like "You all believe this is sexist/All just want something to sexually fantasize over" to devalue posters on here while ignoring a lot of the initial waves of anti-male viera posts were incredibly toxic and frequently used slurs and homophobic rhetoric based off anyone against genderlocking being "SJW"s. Yet nobody arguing against them has ever brought it up or used it to devalue their arguments.

Nope, I rarely come to this thread actually. You don't see me spamming double post, filling up pages. I make a few post and drop out. Most of the time I come here there's been days worth of post after my last peek.

lol, I remember looking at a page here and realizing that more than half the post on it were from 2 people.

The thing that imo matters is not how often someone posts but how they post. Who cares if a handful of people have pages long dicussions (on a forum that is meant for discussion) as long as it remains civil? Of course some of it went a bit far but most of the time it remains in the normal zone. It only really gets a bit heated when certain posters come into this to just stir up trouble. You can have your opinion but this is still a support thread. You can of course say your piece because of freedom of speach but I sometimes do wonder why people (not necessarily only in this topic) go into a support topic to talk it down. Why not ignore it?

Sometimes I get the feeling that some people are just doing it to either stir up so much anger that people do lash out (thus could get banned) or that the topic will be closed.

But well as long as the last point does not happen I will just see these posts as a good way to let the topic stay on the first page. So I guess you are supporting it with that anyway.

I do get that part. Otherwise this becomes an echo chamber and oftentimes naysayers let us iron out our own arguments, or acknowledge faulty ones that we shouldn't use any longer. And more-so than support, this is a feedback thread, grown to be general due to its size. And things like "I rather you invest in other things" or "If you introduced that lore, please stand by it" are both valid forms of feedback.
It's when sides begin mocking each other and repeat themselves despite receiving the same responses that things get messy and brows get quirked.

But well as long as the last point does not happen I will just see these posts as a good way to let the topic stay on the first page. So I guess you are supporting it with that anyway.

I'm patient and easily placated enough to wait for whatever the devs bring us as long as they match up with the ladies, but I'm really interested in the emotes. I'll wait until the sun explodes to see what kinds of emotes these guys would have, I'd imagine their disgust emote would be pretty incredible.

It will depends a lot on their appearance though. As pure concept they are going to be same popular as male Miqo'te probably, or even more. Still, if they will look more like Highlanders, I doubt they will be very popular.
