I really doubt male viera would look like this. I guess they could always add more face options that are more rugged, but that body type you posted does not match Yoshida's description. I think this is unlikely, and I'm not just saying that because I would prefer a slim character myself. The fact that Yoshi P mused on about how male viera may have used an elezen base model if implemented, as well as a face similar to miqo'te's, makes me believe male viera will most likely have a "bishounen" look. Remember, he described them as slim, elegant, and handsome.
