Skipping cutscenes in MSQ Roulette

1. That's an exploit and bannable
2. The whole point of the roulette is so that people can experience the content without someone rushing through it.

1) It's not an exploit and I've yet to hear anyone being banned for that
2) The MSQ was to get people through but SE was too damn lazy to actually FIX the thing properly specifically the CS heavy Praetorium by either splitting it into 2 parts or instance the first half and turn the Ultima part into a trial.
