Honestly though how many topics can someone make before it's flooding?

like let say you made a post about mouth ago on forum. right that post keeps getting replies right? and like you post then it goes viral or alot ppl just keep replying to it. then like make another post like one week after that one and then again alot ppl reply too it at this point your like well. shit no one posting no one talkin about stuff. why post always at top of the list? so am like please stop. please let my old topics die. let other posters have a Chance at the point where like really want devs flat out delete my old shit. cause getting me in trouble. cause topics are old. its like beating a dead horse. specially when want talk about new stuff. but instead my thread keep being pushed to top again. watch makes me look like am flooding. watch am not cant controol actions of others

If you want to "let other posters have a chance" you are going about it entirely the wrong way.

If you don't want to fill the forum with your posts, stop making new threads about the same topics. Keep everything in one long thread so no matter how many times it's bumped, there is still only one listing on the forum.

These side forums simply do not have the pace to balance your endless stream of new threads. Anyone else's slower-moving thread will be pushed down to the second or third page before they "have a chance" to start a decent discussion or maybe get the help they need.

Forums aren't like blogs or Facebook. You don't start a new post on the same topic because your other one is "old". Obviously there's a limit where you shouldn't drag things up from the depths, but these are from last week. Or yesterday. Especially if other people are still engaging with them - add to that ongoing discussion. Don't start it again elsewhere, because the nature of forums does mean that people will continue to add to the old thread as well as the new one.

You are not a victim here. You have control of how many threads you launch.

You really think Yoshi-P has any personal control over how many people look at the post you made on a public forum?

Do you expect the forum mods to have an upper limit to post views, after which they say "nope, show's over, this thread is closed and nobody else can view it ever again"? It would do nothing but kill off discussions just as they're becoming interesting.

7000 is a pretty small number for post views anyway. There are posts in General Discussion with that many views since yesterday.
