With leveling dungeons, if you are synched down your gear is actually weaker than white gear. So no, you are not stronger, iirc.

You also dont have all of your traits and abilities, further weakening you. Goes for tank as well.

Honestly for thos staying in tank stance is fine. But any max level dungeon? Nope.jpg never gonna happen.

That's interesting, I'm not really sure how level syncing in dungeon works. Quick question if you know the answer to this: do you know when synced down if your gear is averaged as a whole or is each piece brought down?

Also I'm not against tanks switching out of tank stance for max level dungeons or savage content. The best tank I know Darkness, back when I savage raided he was pulling over 3k DPS, back when the DPS were pulling around 4k-5k DPS. He switched in and out of tank stance constantly, it was freaking awesome.
