Reality is 2B&9S outfit will probably be end of series reward since 2B outfit is very gender specific. for raid as a whole though we'll probably get outfits from Nier 1 as well to fill more on side gender neutral outfits for jobs.

My guess is that it's likely since it's 3 different Raid Arc's that they'll take different sets from not just Nier Automata but also Nier and Drakengard as well since all 3 have various links. It should also be said that the opposing gender of some costume's will either be redesigned with colour scheme's as lets face it Kaine's clothes as an example are a non starter at all on a Male or each set will have the same name but have a different design depending on the characters sex (Set that looks like Kaine on Female would look like Emil's original form on Male as an example). There's likely a fair few designs lying around in the developer room somewhere they could use too.

Am I the only one hoping for glamor weapons and a flight unit mount as well as "all classes" gear?

They aren't gonna blow all the designs on the first raid when there are 2 other raids after. Also they never do 100% unique outfits for every job. Like expect caster and healer to be the same but swapped colors, maybe scouting and striking as well, fending and maiming.

Could be Part 1 - Automata, Part 2 - Nier, Part -3 Drakengard (shuffle around however you like).

But it specifically said "YoRHa" in the raid title. That gives me the impression its going to mainly focus on YoRHa. They may do references from the original Nier, which I hope they do, but I don't expect anything directly from the Drakengard games.
