Can we have a server merger after fee take place ?

It is not simply about language. Language is not a barrier to playing on the same server in FFXIV. Nor would regional servers make life easier for everyone. It would make things quite a bit more difficult for me.

And, as I said, I'm sorry about that. But it's a given that in the upcoming server merges, no matter how painless they try to make it, someone's going to get inconvenienced. There's no getting around it.

This is something you want for yourself, for your reasons. It is not something that should be imposed on existing players.

Right... because Yoshi-P read my mind and considered it before I ever voiced my desire for it on the forums, just to appease me.

There's obviously a considerable number of people who think it's a good idea and the best thing for the community in the long-term, even if it inconveniences some people for the short-term.
