We don't need more capitalist solutions. Why should people get to have a house because they're willing to pay more real money? We really don't need to completely mimic real life here.

also how much more money do you think I'm talking about? I was thinking an extra 20$ a month or something close to that, also as someone who owns a house irl theres a HUGE difference between 20$ a month and a $10000 down payment. not even remotely close to mimicking real life.
