That would be ideal. It's just a case of whether they'd be willing to expend that many resources on it.
Au Ra men have all those horns, tails and scales after all, plus the very sharp faces. It's reductionist in the extreme to put all that aside and just focus on body type. I mean, whether they model them off of Au Ra or Elezen, they'll resemble something in the end, so I think it's a non-starter either way.
I could live with it if they did a good job of adding fluidity and removing the awkwardness... but at the same time, why not just do that with Elezen in the first place? The race deserves a re-visit.but I care very little for the aesthetic of a male Elezen, and if they replicate it into male Viera it would dampen some of my enjoyment of the race.
Exactly. Quite honestly, I think the Omega-M physique isn't much different to an Elezen's or Midlander's anyway, so it's not like it's some distinctive body type, and while it's not the end of the world if they add it, it's not really what I'd want as a first preference.Your bias is showing. If anything, so far I've seen more support for the artworks that showecased beefier bunnies. All we can do is each show support for what we prefer, and let the devs decide which to go with.
As was brought up in the thread before, this is a thread first and foremost about the inclusion of male Viera in the game, period. You should not show preference for any specific design in the op, both because it would show an inaccurate image of what people in the thread feel like to the devs, as well as perhaps ward away people who want to support male Viera, but "not like that"
Same here.
That'd be cool, too, but I'd eat Billy's hat (since I lack one) if they ever added such a muscle slider. Really would love it, though, especially if it could also be retrofitted to the old races... it'd probably need a bigger graphics system overhaul to accompany it, however such a thing may be in time for 6.0 anyway.
