    You're being so reductive of DPS jobs and all of their nuances that it's silly; at that level, every job in the game is homogenized, role or no.

    As far as giving healers stronger identity, I think that's their goal. They said it themselves: we have barrier healer and pure healer, and this divide is untenable for bringing any more healers to the game. Hopefully they take some steps to amend that.
