On homogenization:

Well, the DPS are already homogenized. 95% of their buttons either do damage, help them do more damage, or help others do more damage, and only 5% is unique. Yes I'm leaning alot out on purpose, but why can't we take the things I left out and give that to healers.

Let them have a few things of their own, but the major thing that is different between the jobs is the rhythm they play at. Scholar has a bit of this thanks to Arcanist, but expand it. Give WHM the innate flavor that they were lacking. Make AST cards a true job defining mechanic.

Probably harder to implement than it would be for DPS, but that's my pie-in-the-sky dream.
