If there are only two jobs, I can kinda understand their reasoning. Healers and Tanks are the hardest jobs to balance when introduced to existing ones. So it would kinda make sense to do a tank/dps set for this expansion, then healer/dps for next expansion (gives them more time to work out balance).

Sucks for people looking for a new healer though. Here's hoping there's a surprise announcement of healer based on the shirt Yoshida was wearing (Said "B yourself, B beautiful" and then had something about haircuts at the bottom).
Then we have to wait six years for a healer. No. There is no excuse.
