Another 2,000 years isn't going to make that much of a difference.

Discounting Light-caused erasure, the geology on Norvrandt should be similar (if not identical). In terms of culture, though, it will probably be very different. Lalafell are called "dwarves" and considered a beast tribe? Do they greet everyone with "lali-ho?"

Keepers are practically a commodity and only wander between Keeper settlements to breed, right? Seekers are more forgiving but even they tend to stick with their tribes, no? Why's the lore suddenly matter so much? And how exactly are furry Roegadyn with horned heads (Hrothgar) going to be received in ARR/HW if Yugiri went out of her way to hide her appearance because it startled people?

Heck, the Viera and Miqo'te even have similar male to female birth rates don't they?

And why do we have Duskwights too? They all live in caves or are bandits.
I'm not going to say it's not sexist, but before bringing the hammer down too hard I think we need more information on the Hrothgar than the fact they exist and their basic appearance.

The males of both Miqo'te tribes tend toward being itinerants due to their culture. That's conducive to becoming adventurers... and I don't have either lore book myself, but are male / female birthrates skewed toward females in Miqo'te societies, or do the males just tend to be seen less due to their itinerant lifestyles / getting themselves killed vying for dominance?

Duskwights exist for the same reason drow elves are playable in D&D - so everyone can live out their Drizzt fantasies. (I kid. But I honestly don't know other than "Well, we need a second tribe for the elves.")

... I'll get to more tomorrow. It's late and I have to work tomorrow... nyeh...
