Oh come on now, I don't see the point in beating around the bush. :v We all know where the real demand for a full on beast race is coming from. I mean just look at the huge furry community WoW has. I'm sure there are people here and there who want a beast race just for the sake of it (and that is completely valid too!), but the vast majority of the people asking for that specifically are furries.

No. You're wrong. The vast majority of people asking for it are probably people who are nostalgic for Ronso and assume it'll be similar but not the same. I don't think the furry community is large enough in general to be the "vast majority" of anything. Let's not beat around the bush though. You're stating that Hrothgar shouldn't be a thing because "ew gross furries" "let's keep that in wow" and you're biased towards bunny boys. It's simple as that.

I'm sure there are some people that would prefer a lion race, I'm not saying there aren't. What I'm saying is that people have expectations after being shown female Viera. Being able to meet those expectations would be the smart thing to do, that's pretty undeniable. I get that you want to downplay this and make it seem like it isn't a big deal, but it is a big deal to a lot of people. People like to assume that just because they aren't personally invested in something it doesn't matter.

I really don't get why people wanting male Viera bothers you so much Cica. What do you gain from constantly trying to tell them something they care about isn't important?

I think you're confused about what I've been saying a bit Cica. I have no problem with Hrothgar at all, I just doubt they're going to make Hrothgar a very beastial looking race like ronso. I expect something more in the middle of the scale than that. Like others have suggested, something more like Byakko. A human face but with other animalish traits. I'm just not expecting a race that is completely covered in fur with a ronso like face.

I mean, I think the main differences between Byakko and Ronso are in the face, so since we aren't getting "Ronso" that could be it. That would still be a very beastial race though and it still would not be furry bait.
