By about level 35, I'd picked up just about all the open world spells available (everything except Loom, I think, and technically Dragon/Ram, if Gorgimera was done more often).

After that point, it becomes tedious. Grinding out levels until you hit the limit for the next dungeon that might have a skill until 50, when I assume it might be a little less terrible just for having more options to try to learn. As is, I've really only got enough energy for it to just zip around for easy low level boss FATEs to knock out with a few thousand needles to clear that entry in the challenge log.
The overworld leveling and skill gathering was actually pretty fun, shame that aspect of it is about done by level 30. There are some enemies higher than that but not many.

Really feel BLU could have benefited from a class/job split.

Class BLU as a "Limited class," can't queue, mob XP bonus, can mix and match whatever spells, total freedom with Carnivale as end-game.

Job BLU as a normal caster DPS unlocking at level 30, with tiered duty finder 'unlocks'.
Get BLU to 30, gather all the pre-30 skills, unlocks DF for 15-50.
Get BLU to 50, gather the pre-50 skills, unlocks DF for 51-60.
Etc. until cap.
Job BLU could also have a more set rotation where it has to equip a combo, an AoE, a buff, etc.
